#BurpOutLoud

Burping has long been dismissed as unladylike. On Women’s Day, Big FM decided to break this silly bias with a playful social experiment. A series of burps were played on air, and listeners had to guess the gender behind them. Most assumed they were men. The twist? Every burp was from a woman. With one reveal, we proved that burping isn’t masculine or feminine, it’s simply human. And in doing so, we gave women the freedom to burp freely in the face of patriarchy.

The speech bubble contains an explanation about an experiment called #sheBurps, which tests gender stereotypes through burping. There are multiple social media screenshots embedded within the speech bubble. In the bottom right corner, the logo of 92.7 Big FM radio station is visible with the tagline "dhun badal ke toh dekho."
